All content, materials, and assets, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, software, databases, media, designs and trademarks contained, displayed or distributed within our school’s marketing materials, website, and social media channels are the exclusive property of Canadian International School of Hong Kong Ltd.

Unauthorized use, reproduction and/or distribution of any content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent from Canadian International School of Hong Kong Ltd.; and in any event, such unauthorized use, reproduction and/or distribution of such content, in whole or in part, without the prior approval of Canadian International School of Hong Kong Ltd., might well be contrary to the laws of Hong Kong, giving rise to potential civil and/or criminal liability.

Canadian International School of Hong Kong Ltd. reserves all rights, including such rights to take legal action against the violators and seek appropriate relief against the violators to the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law.

All of the said intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks, logos and/or brand elements (as having been registered or otherwise) are owned by Canadian International School of Hong Kong Ltd.; and Canadian International School of Hong Kong Ltd. might take appropriate steps against any unlawful or unauthorized use, as the school considers it appropriate.
