^Students enrolled in the school on or before January 31, 2011 will be given a $7,000 annual credit to pay against Upper School tuition fees. This credit will be applied each year during the duration of the enrollment of the student in the Upper School, provided the student has continuously attended the school since January 31, 2011.
The tuition fee for Grade 4 and above includes the technology fee ($1,500), the IBDP examination fee ($6,000), and IBDP text book fee in Grades 11-12 ($2,000). Annual tuition fees are invoiced in two installments. Full amounts of the annual capital levy (if applicable) and the entry fee (for new students) amounting to $12,500 are invoiced together with the first term tuition fee.
Please email our Finance Department if you have any questions.
Entry Fee
The entry fee of $12,500 is a ‘one time only’ fee for new students, is non-refundable and non-prorated. For students who leave the school and return within a two-year period, the entry fee will be waived.
Annual Capital Levy
Students admitted to CDNIS must either pay an annual capital levy or be covered by a debenture. The annual capital levy is a non-refundable fee of $38,000. The capital levy is used to meet the capital needs of the school such as the costs for the maintenance and development of the campus facilities, infrastructure and major equipment. Please note that the annual capital levy may be reviewed and adjusted from time to time.
Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit of $80,000 is required for students enrolling in the school for the academic year 2024/2025. In order to secure a place, registration will only be completed after the school has received the reservation deposit and all outstanding tuition fees and other fees are settled.
Other Costs
Other education related costs on top of tuition may include but are not limited to: compulsory school uniforms, certain field trips and student activities for non-curricular programmes, cultural education programmes (Grade 3-5) and Experience Week programmes (Grade 6-12), milestone celebrations (Grade 8, Grade 12, etc), lunches (optional), school bus (optional), some educational resources and materials and the 1:1 iPad and laptop purchase programme for Grade 1 to 3 and Grade 4 to 12 students, respectively.
Note
- All fees are non-transferable.
- The school will not reserve a seat for a student if all the relevant fees have not been paid in full before the payment deadline. Students will not be allowed to attend classes if annual tuition fee, annual capital levy and entry fee are not paid.
- Parents are fully responsible for the payment of all fees, regardless of whether the fees are paid by their employers or other third parties.
- The school reserves the right to revise the above fees and policies at any time at its sole discretion.
-
When a student joins the school at a time other than the beginning of a school term, the annual capital levy (if applicable) and entry fee will be payable in full, and tuition fees will be charged on a pro-rata basis (based on a 10-month school year) according to the following arrangement:
- Student joining between 1st and 15th day of a month: full month’s tuition fee will be charged
- Student joining between 16th and last day of a month: half a month’s tuition fee will be charged
