History

Founded in 1990 by a group of prominent returnees from Canada, Canadian International School of Hong Kong was established as a non-profit, private, independent school and is located on the south side of Hong Kong Island in Aberdeen. We are proud of our innovative approach to education, our academic excellence and our strong extra-curricular and service programmes. CDNIS has served a growing and dynamic community for 35 years and ranks as one of Hong Kong’s most esteemed and well-respected private, international schools with a student population of over 2,100 and more than 350 faculty and staff.
