expanded Early Years Programme
Canadian International School of Hong Kong (CDNIS) is excited to announce the expansion of its footprint from Nam Long Shan Road to THE SOUTHSIDE in Wong Chuk Hang where it will feature CDNIS’ half-day Early Years Programme. CDNIS will be offering its highly popular bilingual programme half-day Early Years 1 classes for 3-year olds, and with the addition of a new bilingual Nursery Programme for 2-year olds in this external location when the academic year 2024/2025 commences. The first phase of remodelling the site is earmarked to be finished by November 2023.
The Nursery and Early Years 1 programmes will allow students to learn two languages through CDNIS’ unique dual language platform. Our experienced and qualified teachers will provide a developmentally appropriate, student-centred and engaging learning environment for our youngest students, where their receptive and expressive dual language skills can be nurtured in a warm, inviting and creative learning environment.

We are pleased to announce that our Early Years Programme at THE SOUTHSIDE has generated significant interest from parents in our community. While we are currently unable to accept applications at this time, we invite parents to fill in the Expression of Interest Form to indicate their interest in the Nursery Programme. Dear Parents,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Canadian International School of Hong Kong Early Years Programme.
Always evolving, CDNIS has taken a bold step to reflect on its core service commitment and strive for improvement. This has led to the development of a redefined education experience for our youngest learners, with the addition of a dual language Nursery Programme for 2-year olds and an enhanced Early Years 1 Programme. This commitment to a higher level of service and inclusivity reflects CDNIS’ dedication to building a stronger community and providing a personalized learning experience for all students.
To meet the unique needs of our youngest learners, CDNIS has developed the CDNIS Early Years Programme, a wholly Early Years focused learning campus designed through the eyes of 2 and 3-year olds. The CDNIS Early Years Programme will be purpose-built to prioritize the needs of our young learners with a focus on creating a developmentally appropriate learning environment that fosters language fluency, social-emotional growth, and a love for learning. The Programme will offer a bilingual ethos to gently foster receptive and expressive dual language fluency by establishing a firm language foundation for students. CDNIS is excited to set a new standard of excellence for its youngest learners, recognizing that they deserve nothing but the best.
On behalf of the faculty and staff, we are honoured that you are considering the CDNIS Early Years Programme as a community for your child's early education journey. We look forward to welcoming you and warmly invite you to watch this space for the exciting updates of the enhanced possibilities ahead!
