Science Labs

Our science wing consists of two combination lecture/activity rooms, and one dedicated laboratory. In the next phase of construction, the science area will at least double in size. Students from Grade 6 upwards have regularly scheduled access to the lab rooms, and younger students may use any science equipments at the discretion of their teachers.

The laboratory is outfitted with gas, water, electricity, as well as Apple Macintosh computers on every bench. This allows for standard experimentation as well as the use of the latest science education software, including sensitive probes that may be interfaced to computers for quick, accurate measurement and analysis. CD-ROM's and 3-D models enhance students' learning in the classrooms.

Students gain experience using all standard scientific equipment - microscopes, glassware, fume hood, electrical equipment, oscilloscopes, dissecting gear, and more.
