Catering

The Cafeterias at CDNIS are serviced by a company called Compass Chartwells, an international trade brand of Compass Group Plc, which specializes in school dining services. Compass Chartwells has provided school catering services in Hong Kong since 1995.

Two kitchens and cafeterias on levels 6 and 12 provide fresh food daily for students and staff. These modern kitchens use the latest technology and employ the highest standards of hygiene. There are a wide variety of hot meals, snacks, drinks, fruit, sandwiches, cakes and other treats on the menu - all available at very reasonable prices.

There is a large catering team at CDNIS, overseen by Catering Manager Am Paiboon.
