About Us - People at CDNIS

STUDENTS

student

The school operates a "through train" system , meaning students can complete their entire primary and secondary school education at the same institution. Classes begin at Pre Reception (age 3) and go right through to Grade 12 graduation (age 17-18).

CDNIS is divided into two schools, each with its own identity and characteristics, giving students unique experiences during their "through-train" ride: the Lower School (Pre Reception to Grade 6) and Upper School (Grade 7 to Grade 12).

The student population contains a diverse mix of cultures with over 40 nationalities represented. The largest segment (36 per cent) is comprised of Canadian passport holders. There are also a significant number of British, American and Australian students. The remainder come from countries far and wide, as is the norm for a truly international city like Hong Kong.

Here is a list of some of the different nationalities at CDNIS:

American, Australian, British, Canadian, Chinese, French, Indian, New Zealander and more.
