ANTHONY CHOW, Chairman - Anthony was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1979 and of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong in 1980. He has been practicing as a solicitor in Hong Kong for over 25 years and is a partner of the law firm Peter C. Wong, Chow & Chow.
Chow was a Member of the Council of the Law Society of Hong Kong, the regulatory body of solicitors in Hong Kong, between 1994 and 2004 and served as its President between 1997 and 2000.
Chow was appointed a Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in January 2003. He has served and still serves on various public and other statutory bodies.

VINCENT M LEE, Chairman - Vincent is a professional in international investments and finance. He has extensive experience in banking, corporate and real estate transactions in Hong Kong, China, the United States, and Canada. As a senior banker with the Hongkongbank Group in Hong Kong and Vancouver, and as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand in Los Angeles and Boston, Lee executed a wide variety of investment transactions including corporate acquisitions, financing, divestitures, real estate, share offerings and commodity trade. His extensive financial and accounting background is strengthened by his expertise in corporate management and operations as Managing Director of the Tung Tai Group since 1990.
Lee has maintained an impressive family tradition of commitment to community services by serving on a number of public boards including as an elected Director of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd., Vice Chairman of the Institute of Securities Dealers Ltd, Member of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and Governor and Founding Member of the Canadian International School of Hong Kong.

MICHAEL VERGE – Mr. Verge joined the Pacific Century Group in 1999 as the Chief Financial Officer of the Cyberport Project and in December 1999 was appointed as Treasurer of Pacific Century CyberWorks. In August 2000, Mr. Verge was appointed as Group Treasurer, after the merger with C&W HKT. Mr. Verge started his career as an Investment Officer in Canada Permanent Trust Co. in 1974 and as a Corporate Banker with the Continental Bank of Canada from 1975 to 1981. Between 1981 and 1987, Mr. Verge worked for GATX Canada. During this period, Mr. Verge was posted to Malaysia for three years as Managing Director of a joint venture company and returned as Chief Executive Officer of all Canadian operations. Between 1988 and 1992, Mr. Verge was a Vice President, Domestic Business Head in the Structured Finance, Equity Syndication & Specialized Leasing Division of Citibank, Toronto. In 1992 Mr. Verge returned to Southeast Asia and held senior positions with a treasury management software company and Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining Pacific Century CyberWorks, Mr. Verge was Chief Financial Officer of a large pulp and paper company in Jakarta. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Economics from McMaster University, Canada.

DAVID KONG, Past Chair - David is the managing director of his family business, Fat Kee Stevedores Ltd. The company specializes in turnkey transport and port services in Hong Kong and South China. After graduating from UBC in 1976, David has worked in the transport industry in Germany, UK, Australia and the USA. David returned to Hong Kong in 1981 to take over the family business. David is active in numerous community services. In particular, David was a member of the ICAC's, Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee, for 5 years from 1994, Commodore of the Royal HK Yacht Club straddling the years of the "Handover" and a member of Outward Bound School Trust Council since 1990. David is a Governor and Past Chair of Canadian International School of Hong Kong. Davis has been involved in various Committee of the School as Chairman and Committee Members. David and his wife, Teresa, have two children, Cheryl and Trisha who are students at the School.

Alex Ing, appointed 2000 - 2002

ALEX ING - Mr. Alex Ing is currently the Chairman & CEO of the Warp Group. The Group owns media, broadband service, telecom value-added services, healthcare companies and other investments in China and Hong Kong. Mr. Ing was previously working for the Canadian government in the power utilities sector and was the Director in charge of investment for Asia and China. Mr. Ing also worked for Bechtel for 5 years as their international project manager.
Mr. Ing is the Past Chairman of the Canadian International School and was the Vice Chairman of the Canadian Chinese Association. Mr. Ing is currently the Chairman of the China Business Committee with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. Mr. Ing graduated from University of Toronto with a BSc in Electrical Engineering.

Mr. John William Crawford JP, has been a resident of Hong Kong for over 35 years and as a founding partner of Ernst & Young – Hong Kong, was Vice Chairman of the firm up to the date of his retirement at the end of 1997. During his 25 years in public accounting, John was Chairman of the Audit Division and was also active in a significant number of large private and public company takeover and/or restructuring exercises. An example of the latter was his direct involvement as Scheme Manager in the successful turnaround of the Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club.
Over the years, he has been active in community service areas such as being a founding member of UNICEF Hong Kong Committee, a founding member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, etc. In 1997, he was appointed as a Justice of the Peace in Hong Kong which further extended his involvement in community service work.
